Joe's crew came for an estimate the same day I called, and arrived to do the work agreed within four days of my initial outreach. The men on the crew knew what they were doing - one had 40+ years experience!
My wife and I were on the fence with what work we needed and who we were going to hire. The decision was made very easy after meeting Joe. He and his team were highly professional and extremely polite. We were out of our element but we got to ask questions and got really engaging responses. Also comes with a 12 year warranty. They move very quickly if you need someone ASAP. He went out the next day after calling him to get a quote. After I got his quote and I was ready to schedule, they went out 2 days later. They also accept credit cards. I highly recommend Big Joe’s roofing and I had a great experience.
